Recipe #4: Laura’s Honey Glaze

Ingredients: soy sauce, local honey, apple cider vinegar, salmon.
-preheat oven to 400°
-lightly coat oven safe cooking dish with olive oil
-In separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup of honey (this is a great time to use any crystallized honey you’ve got any), 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce.
-Place salmon in baking dish and fill dish with sauce.
-Season salmon however you’d like. I chose salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, and toasted sesame seeds.
-bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking
* This glaze is also fantastic with pork and chicken!
