Recipe #4: Laura\u2019s Honey Glaze

Ingredients: soy sauce, local honey, apple cider vinegar, salmon.<\/p>\n

-preheat oven to 400\u00b0<\/p>\n

-lightly coat oven safe cooking dish with olive oil<\/p>\n

-In separate bowl, mix 1\/2 cup of honey (this is a great time to use any crystallized honey you\u2019ve got any), 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and 1.5 tablespoons of soy sauce.<\/p>\n

-Place salmon in baking dish and fill dish with sauce.<\/p>\n

-Season salmon however you\u2019d like. I chose salt, pepper, garlic powder, dill, and toasted sesame seeds.<\/p>\n

-bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking<\/p>\n

* This glaze is also fantastic with pork and chicken!<\/p>\n
